A Message From Tommy Ramage
When my family and I moved from New York/New Jersey to Cleveland in 1994, I was ready for a new chapter. I had always dreamed of owning my own business and serving a community where relationships mattered.
In 1995, I started All American Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration from our basement. What began as a small family business has grown into a company that's proudly served thousands of homeowners and businesses across Southeast Tennessee.
Owning a business has certainly been more work than I ever imagined-but I wouldn't trade it for anything. Building lasting relationships with our customers and earning their trust has always meant more to me than simply growing a company.

Teresa joined All American full-time in 2001 after a successful career in real estate.
Today, she manages the day-to-day operations of the office and helps ensure every customer receives the friendly, responsive service our company is known for.
From scheduling appointments to helping customers throughout the service process, Teresa plays an essential role in making every experience with All American as smooth and stress-free as possible.
