A Message From Our Founder
When my family and I moved from the New York–New Jersey area to Cleveland in 1994, I was ready to build something of my own. I had always dreamed of starting my own business and serving a community where relationships really mattered.
So in 1995, I started All American Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration from our basement. What began as a small family business has grown into a company that's proudly served thousands of homeowners and businesses across Southeast Tennessee.
More than 30 years later, what I'm most proud of isn't simply how much we've grown, but the relationships we've built along the way. Earning the trust of our customers and having so many of them continue to call on us year after year is something I never take for granted.

Teresa Ramage, Co-Owner
Teresa joined Tommy full-time in 2001, bringing her experience in business and real estate to the growing family company. What began as Tommy's vision had become something they could build together, and for more than two decades, Teresa has played an integral role in the company's growth and day-to-day operations.
Today, Teresa helps oversee the business while remaining closely involved with the customers and families All American serves. Her commitment to personal service, strong relationships, and doing things the right way has helped shape the reputation the company has built throughout Southeast Tennessee.
Together, Tommy and Teresa have spent decades building the business around the same values it began with—hard work, honest service, and treating customers like family.
